It makes sense to archive some of my previous experimentation here and so, to start things off, here's something I made a few years ago when I still used Director religiously for creating 3D apps. It's a small dungeon I had originally planned to be a fully fledged browser-based 3D puzzle.

It was around this time that the Nintendo Wii's internet browser was in development and there was some buzz surrounding support for Adobe plugins. Unfortunately they never got any further than flash and so my hopes were shattered. I coded the mouse look to emulate the feel of using the Wiimote in a FPS. The idea was that you'd complete the puzzle in one room, after which the gate would open, and you'd move on to the next. It's still something I want to finish but it'll be in Unity 3D most likely and not Director.

If you're willing to install the plugin, you can find the 'playable' demo here.
